Alexandra “Ali” Rossland is the Director of Development and Operations at Westbridge Realty Group. Joined in 2018, she is responsible for the firm’s development projects from start to finish, where her responsibilities include cost estimating, design review, coordination, and occupancy certificates.

Additionally, She oversees the firm’s residential portfolio, where she supervises  the leasing and management of all residential units, and develops strategic plans to maximize the firm’s portfolio.  Before joining Westbridge, Alexandra was the Sales Manager at Eastern Consolidated where she provided professional development in the Investment Sales, Retail Leasing, and Capital Advisory divisions. Prior to this role, she was a Director in the Investment Sales Division at Eastern Consolidated, specializing in the sale and acquisition of all commercial properties throughout New York City with an emphasis on the multifamily assets in Brooklyn. In two years, she was responsible for over $100,000,000 of property dispositions in New York City.  Alexandra graduated from Boston University with a Bachelors  in Psychology.
