Westbridge Realty Group, one of NYC's most active investment sales teams is looking for motivated, confident, coach-able commercial real estate brokers/salespersons to join our high performing team.  Our ideal candidate must be tenacious and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

Westbridge concentrates on Middle-market multi-family, mixed-use, and development properties in Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs.  As part of the team, you will be provided with on the job training and support, industry expertise, and exposure to extensive deal flow in New York City's dynamic commercial real estate market. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in brokerage or sales, and be comfortable cold calling /interacting with clients.

Requirements:

Preferred: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in real estate, with basic understanding of real estate valuation methodologies

Compensation: 100% commission based with unlimited earning potential

Intern

Westbridge Realty Group is looking to add an intern to the team. As part of the team, you will be provided with on the job training and support, industry expertise, and exposure to New York City's dynamic commercial real estate market. This is a tremendous opportunity with considerable growth potential for someone with a strong interest in real estate, to work alongside the company's principals. This position could turn into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting and aggregating market research
Participate in company marketing efforts, including email marketing campaigns and press releases
Updating and managing client databases
Client prospecting for both buyers and sellers, ascertain client's investment criteria
Performing miscellaneous ad hoc research projects

Requirements:

  • Junior, senior, or recent graduate from an accredited institution

  • Passion for real estate

  • Strong quantitative skills; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Basic understanding of real estate methodologies

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to expand your network of industry professionals

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: Hourly basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications
